Breathe Move Be hatha yoga and pilates classes are about being inspired by yoga to breathe more deeply, move more freely and be more in the moment.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • Yoga works on every layer of who we are – body, mind, spirit – it is a whole person or holistic practice
  • It improves concentration, coordination and mental focus
  • It increases ease both mentally and physically

‘It is nearly a year since I joined your yoga classes and I just like to thank you for the brilliant yoga classes. It has made a real difference to my life. I am feeling so much calmer and I am dealing with my problems at home, at work and health so much calmer.
