- Exercise can help prepare you for labour, reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and lower the effects of Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP). All exercises in the sessions are safe for pre and postanatal stages.
- Meeting other parents can help you feel less alone, build new friendships and provide support during the whirlwind that can be becoming a parent!
