Zumba with Michelle runs three Zumba fitness classes each week, leaving you happy, worked out and wanting MORE! No dancing skills needed, with easy to follow routines to fantastic music.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • It’s a welcoming community, a great way to make new friends

Meet Michelle:

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Zumba is a medium to high intensity class, intensity level controlled by you – how much effort you want to put in!

Michelle has mainly indoor but also some outdoor classes. She also has some that focus on toning. See her class schedule to find out more.
