Andy’s Man Club aims to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. They provide a safe space where men can feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.
It’s free to attend Andy’s Man Club, you don’t need a referral and you don’t need to book ahead, just go along! The group is facilitated by supportive volunteers who will make you feel very welcome. Visit Andy’s Man Club Peterborough on Facebook to find out more about the group.
