CHUMS Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service offers support to young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and low mood, as well as those with significant emotional difficulties arising from life events, such as bereavement and bullying.

Meet Andy Hall from the Encore programme run by CHUMS for children & young people in schools  who may struggle with anxiety/low mood. The programme is split between therapeutic activities and teaching ukulele/keyboard/percussion so the group can form a band and learn a rage of retro and contemporary songs.

You can contact CHUMS directly and self-refer for support.
