Peterborough Women’s Aid is committed to the principles of self help and self determination; they encourage women to seek advice, information, support or refuge to determine their own futures.
They offer:
- Safe temporary accommodation for women and their children, who are experiencing domestic violence/abuse.
- Emotional and practical support to women on a one to one and group basis.
- Assistance and advice on benefits, legal issues, housing etc
- Weekly workshops
- Family groups
